Service, rooms, location, and common spaces are all bright and very pleasant. We were here for a business event and stayed into the weekend. Breakfast bar is additional but not necessary since NOLA has so much delicious food to offer. I definitely intend to return!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Small, quiet hotel but still close to everything. Staff was super friendly. We will definitely stay again. As I read in other reviews, the train is a bit noisy but it wasn’t anything that would deter me from staying here again.

A very beautiful building with a staff that really should not be in the hospitality business. There are much better alternatives in NOLA. The fittings in bathroom are cheap. Seems like the money went into redoing the amazing building. We were told at check in you have to request cleaning. No problem we waited two day and at noon asked for cleaning they said I had to tell them by 10 am. I said we were never told that rule (lots of rules at this hotel) so when the desk person rolled his eyes and said maybe it will happen, I asked to speak with a manager. who told me the rule and assured me they would make it happen. we were gone six hours from noon till six, not to my surprise it did not happen. They have lots of staff but little service. you get the idea.

The hotel is one of the newer ones in the French Quarter area. Has a really cool vibe and the staff are very friendly. Like others have written, the train horn multiple times per night is rough but not the fault of the hotel. The bed is super comfortable but the pillows flatten out within 2 min. Overall great place to stay

This hotel has a great ambiance and is located close enough to the district's many sights that it provides a good location away from the noise and party. I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a nice and quiet visit. The morning brunch was a nice touch, and the bartenders are very personable and friendly.

The One11 was a wonderful hotel in an old sugar warehouse. The lobby, bistro, bar area is done in a retro style that accentuates the warehouse feel. Our room was not a typical rectangular room of modern highway motels. Old beams and brick were left to add an interesting atmosphere. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter, the riverfront, and a pretty easy walk to the WWII Museum. We did not eat there. The staff was friendly and helpful.
